In 2004, Alexandra Tang co-founded Rejuvé and helped create the Rejuvé treatment system with her husband, Dr. John Tang. Rejuvé is a unique system for creating and maintaining a harmonious state of the inner and outer body by using vitamin supplements, balancing deficient hormones through natural bio-identical hormone replacement, emphasizing proper nutrition, and creating an exercise regimen. Being a registered nurse at Rejuvé in Saratoga, California, has allowed Alexandra to utilize her knowledge, experience, and the latest in technology and innovation to help others lead healthy lifestyles centered around the aesthetics of life, personal beauty, and inner health and wellness.
Her passion for beauty and enhancement of the skin has been a major foundation of her professional career. Alexandra struggled with her own skin pigment issues and through her conquest of them she has been become an expert on Melasma in ethnic women.
Journey Through Health and Beauty Alexandra attended San Jose State University, obtaining a Bachelor’s of Nursing. She graduated with honors and was elected into the nursing honor society of Sigma Theta Tau. She then acquired a cosmetology license based on her desire to use her training in modern medicine in a way that would bring physical beauty into the world.
She has certifications in laser hair removal, IPL/photo facials, Aluma, acoustic wave therapy, Fraxel, Exilis, Botox, Restylane, and Radiesse and is a certified injector for Botox, Dysport, Restylane, Juvederm, and Radiesse. She has also received advanced training in Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Restylane, and Radiesse.
Her certification in Advanced Aesthetic Medicine covers chemical peels, injections of facial implants and botulinium toxin, medical cosmetology, nutrition, shapes and cellulite control, skin laser therapy, and aesthetic venous treatment.
Alexandra is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging, the Dermatologic Nursing Association, and the California Nursing Association.
She is well-trained in the cosmetic dermatology field and worked with Dr. Korman, a plastic surgeon in Mountain View, from 2000 to 2002, where she performed all of the laser and filler procedures for the office. Alexandra received additional training in a private dermatology office in Southern California where she learned the art of botox, sclerotherapy, skincare, and other aspects of cosmetic dermatology.
Beyond Cosmetics Alexandra maintains her roots in nursing and healthcare by continuing to be a part of the emergency room staff at the Kaiser Foundation Hospital in Santa Clara for the last 14 years. She has worked as a Charge Nurse for 5 years in an emergency room and as a Trauma ICU nurse at Stanford. Alexandra provides quality care with ethical standards infused with a sense of humanity to promote unique excellence in physical, internal, and dermatological care.
Combining a kaleidoscope of talents with skilled capability, Alexandra has managed a multifaceted career as well as a strong family life. She is a mother of 3 boys, an artistic interior decorator, a culinary expert with a deep love for cooking, and is fluent in Spanish.

Dr. John Tang is a Stanford trained, double board-certified physician practicing in Saratoga, California. As the cosmetic side grew exponentially, Dr. Tang also became interested in helping patients internally to match how they were looking externally. Dr. Tang began treating conditions like perimenopause/menopause, fatigue, insomnia, irritable bowel syndrome, auto-immune disorders, hair loss, obesity, thyroid conditions, diabetes, heart disease, memory loss, and more using a holistic and functional approach with alternative and natural remedies. Dr. Tang believes in the traditional concept of listening to patients and uses a modern, functional approach to understanding and unraveling the interconnected root causes of each patient’s problems. His medical solutions are built upon trust between doctor and patient, by developing a long-term relationship and providing close and careful follow-up. These are the core concepts and lessons that Dr. Tang has learned over 20 years in practice, and with his education background in anti-aging, functional medicine, and traditional medicine.
Dr. Tang graduated Magna Cumme Laude from UC Irvine with a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences and a minor in Psychology. Following his undergraduate degree, he then earned his medical degree from Tufts University Medical School, where he received the Alumni Scholarship Award. He then went on to complete a three year internal medicine residency at the Kaiser Hospital and completed another three year residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Stanford University in 2004. In 2005 he became board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. In pursuing more knowledge about the effects of aging, he completed a fellowship in Anti-Aging Medicine from the American Board of Anti-Aging Medicine and became board certified in Anti-Aging, Regenerative, and Metabolic Medicine in 2017. He continued to study further how to optimize longevity, both internally and externally, by completing a certification program in Molecular Efficiency and Immune System Regulation and Neurogenic, Arthritic Pain and Neurodegenerative Cellular Medicine and completing another fellowship offered by the Seeds Scientific Research and Performance (SSRP) group in cellular medicine in 2021.
Dr. Tang was named one of “America’s Top Physicians 2012” by Consumers’ Research Council of America, Global Register’s Who’s Who in 2006, and San Jose Magazine’s Top Doc in 2008. He has been cited as an expert source in news media and publications such NBC Bay Area news, the San Jose Mercury, and the Contra Costa Times.
